Professional Designations
LMC Certified – The Loss Mitigation Certification is presented by the Massachusetts Associations of REALTORS® to provide information and guidance on the complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned.
SRES Certified – The Seniors Real Estate Specialist is a professional designation certified by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council®. Senior Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.
